This is my favorite Ecollar for training recall. it is waterproof and reliable. i have been using mine for 3 years now. please research how to properly use an e collar for training. it is not a device intended to punish a dog for bad behavior or cause pain to the dog. pain does not teach. it is a training tool intended to annoy or redirect the dog to what you are wanting them to do.
